Ampner Service & After Sales offers maintenance and technical support for all the delivered applications during entire life cycle according to the customer’s needs.

On maintenance we offer our customers commissioning, training, scheduled inspections, measuring and maintenance as well as spare parts according to the agreement. Close co-operation with our customers allows us to maintain the best possible compatibility with customers´ applications.

Technical support is available by phone or email. Some application we can analyze the functionality, identify possible problems and conduct software update via remote access. This allows us to solve problems quickly and minimize the interruption of the production.

Our service personnel can also provide troubleshooting and maintenance for the customers applications on-site. We can also offer on-site analyses on electrical supply network.
