Ampner Service offers maintenance and technical support service for all the delivered applications during entire life cycle, according to the customer’s needs.

MAINTENANCE SERVICE

We offer our customers commissioning, training, scheduled inspections, scheduled maintenance and spare parts services according to the agreement.

By keeping a close co-operation with our customers, we are able to maintain the best possible compatability with the customers’ applications.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Customers can always contact us, by phone or email. 

With some application we are able to analyze the functionality,  identify possible problem and conduct software updates via remote access.

The purpose is to solve the customers problems quickly without interrupting production.

ON-SITE SERVICE

Ampner service can also provide troubleshooting and maintenance for the customers application on-site. We are also able to make on-site analyses on electrical supply networks, contact us for more information.

Our personnel has an extensive experience in a variety of applications, commissioning, technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance and updates. Both in Finland and abroad.
